Job Title: React / .NET Developer Location: 100% Remote Contract-w2/Full Time The application supports the investigational drug management lifecycle, helping users navigate data flows and manage protocols, patient staff, and drug accountability processes.

This role is heavily front-end oriented — about 75% React / 25% .NET, though full-stack capabilities are valued.

Key Responsibilities: Rebuild and modernize legacy WebForms UI into a modern React + TypeScript front end Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with existing and new .NET Core APIs Read and understand existing VB.NET / C# logic to translate it into new implementations Optimize and ensure responsive, performant, and accessible user experiences Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile development workflows Help troubleshoot and support features in both legacy and modern systems Required Skills: 3–7+ years of experience in web application development Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript Experience working with or migrating from legacy code (VB.NET or C#) Familiarity with .NET Core and web API integration Comfortable in a full-stack environment, with a heavy emphasis on UI/front-end Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry domains Familiarity with investigational drug workflows or clinical trial systems Exposure to regulated B2B application environments
