We are seeking a passionate and talented Data & DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will contribute to designing, developing, maintaining and improving data systems that deliver impact for team Atica and it's customers. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable data systems and integrations to support continuing increase in data volume and complexity
Cloud infrastructure - complete ownership of the AWS infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, scalability, appropriate monitoring, cost optimization
Collaborate with product and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization
Implement processes and systems to monitor data completeness/hygiene/quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it
Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
Design data integrations and data quality framework
Work closely with all business units, product and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture
Data infrastructure - Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Ensure data models are designed for scalability, reusability, and flexibility
Implement data quality checks, validations, and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across cloud environments
Adhere to data governance standards and best practices to maintain data security and compliance
Handling performance optimizations in the cloud environment
Maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, processes, and architecture within all environments including best practices, standards, and procedures
Skill Sets We Require
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language like python, js, etc.
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation and at-scale management
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
High attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, and the resilience to work in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment

Cloud platform: AWS
Java + Springboot microservice
MongoDB (hosted on Atlas)
n8n - business workflows and orchestration
Postgres as OLAP
Data warehouse - ClickHouse
Additional self-managed services - appsmith, bitwarden, grafana, web-scraper, metabase
Airbyte (ETL/ELT pipelines)
Preferred (Not Required)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
3+ Years of hands-on experience in designing and executing data solutions on AWS as a Data/Cloud Engineer
Hands-on experience on rundeck and web/email crawling technologies
Familiarity with cloud data warehouse like ClickHouse, Snowflake, etc.
Public cloud certifications are desired
