Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project goals.

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and market trends.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets and specifications.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the design process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

4 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing a range of design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is a must.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs on time.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduate in any stream

Excellent Figma skills

Deep knowledge of Modern UI patterns

Good knowledge of an Interaction Design role
