Lead UI Engineer

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Lead UI Engineer.

We need someone to assist in leading UI initiatives for a complex SaaS platform while designing scalable features, setting standards, and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex front-end features and systems

Provide technical guidance and mentorship across teams

Lead architectural discussions and decisions

Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards

Build user-facing components using React, TypeScript, and Material UI

Integrate UI with REST or GraphQL APIs

Drive innovation and problem-solving for large-scale applications

Support product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Essentials:

Strong to expert TypeScript proficiency

Strong React experience (19+) including SSR, server components, and App Router

UI component development using modern frameworks

Material UI experience

REST/GraphQL integration

Ability to lead and mentor teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Cloud, distributed systems, and database experience

Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts

Desired:

7+ years software development experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
