About Company / Opportunity: We specialize in luxury hospitality, crafting and managing exclusive terminals for commercial flights. Currently, our services are available at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Additionally, we're expanding our reach with upcoming terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport.

Responsibilities: This role will undertake the task of formulating, constructing, and upholding Operations schedules across our various sites to guarantee optimal service delivery for our members. Flexibility is key, as this role will involve collaboration with multiple departments, including HR, to devise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to each department’s requirements. Additionally, the role entails compiling and presenting operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to aid departmental leaders. Supported by a team of direct reports, the position reports to the Vice President of Airport Development, with a secondary reporting line to HR.

Must-Have Skills:

Airline of Airport experience managing schedules.

Experienced working with workforce management tools, such as ADP, Workday, etc.

Experienced with labor standards and payroll metrics and reporting.

Ability to create companywide scheduling SOPs and establish best practices.

Nice to Have Skills:

Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience and 4 years experience in a leadership role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.

Need to be a quick thinker with the ability to make sound decisions.
