Eastern Truck & Trailer is a commercial truck and trailer repair company with multiple shop locations across Central Ohio and a growing mobile service division. We're building a team that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of.
What you'll do
• Answer inbound calls and messages from fleet customers and drivers; capture details clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.
• Schedule and route work orders to the correct shop or mobile unit; coordinate with service writers and foremen.
• Provide status updates, ETA communication, and follow-ups after service.
• Translate customer concerns and technician findings when needed.
• Support parts/service teams with basic account and warranty information.
• Track metrics: response time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and schedule accuracy.
What you'll bring
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Additional languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Somali, Amharic, or Arabic strongly preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service, dispatch, call center, or shop service desk preferred.
• Calm under pressure; clear communicator; strong note-taking and computer skills.
• Familiarity with trucks/trailers or service environments is helpful, but we'll train the right person.
Schedule and location
• Full-time, on-site in Central Ohio with occasional early evening or rotating coverage as needed.
Compensation and benefits
• Hourly pay targeted at $20-$26 per hour depending on experience and language ability.
