Remote Scheduling/Calendar Assistant Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and update executives' calendars with accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events based on availability and priorities
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless scheduling processes
Handle incoming calls and emails related to scheduling inquiries
Requirements:
Proven experience as a scheduling assistant or similar role
Proficient in calendar management tools and software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Salary & Benefits:
