Requirements:Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field is required.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, creating visual content, and branding.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.- Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing best practices.- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with an eye for detail and composition.- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.- Experience in photography and videography is a plus.- Experience in creating motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Scopes:Responsibility 1.

Marketing Calendar and Content Planning for Social Media Management : - Ideate and fill in marketing calendar for social media posting.- Ideate and plan when to shoot and prepare contents in advance.

Normally 2-4 weeks in advance- Regularly create and publish engaging content on all platforms.

From video, photo and design (post and story). Including take photo for banners and product images for use on social media, our website, and ads.- Do research and stay updated on the latest trend, hashtag and caption.- Handle multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS ( Xiaohongsu)- Do copywriting, all posting on 4 platform, and oversee all aspects of content creation.- Interact with the audience, respond to comments, and manage online community engagement.- Repost all Instagram, facebook stories, reels, or posts related to our brand and add to highlight.

Advertising Ideation and Execution: - Create videos for advertisements, from storyboard to final contents on festive season.

Ideate and discuss with the team .- Take photo and design a post for advertising.- Do copywriting for the ads.- Ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns, especially during festive seasons.- Oversee the creation of advertising materials, including videos, photos, and designs.

Design and Collateral Creation: - Ideate and plan with the team for festive designs and company collateral for the upcoming year and pass to artist.- Do all festives design from ideation, printing template, catalogue, 3D Mockup and real mockup for all festives collateral.- Create designs for various company collateral, such as packaging, catalogues, stickers, posters, flyers, banners, etc.- Design collateral like sleeves and gift boxes for collaborations with other brands 4.

Leadership & Oversee : - Lead marketing team.- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Guide and collaborate closely with marketing team to align content creation with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.- Conduct monthly brainstorming sessions on the 1st day of the month to discuss new ideas and latest trends with the marketing team.- Establish and communicate clear guidelines for consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.- Coordinate with marketing team.

Marketing ops, graphic designers, and content creators.- Conduct an interview for interns or permenant members.- Oversee all aspects of the responsibilities mentioned above.
