Job Title: Structural Designer

We are seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our team in the Columbus area with pay starting at 80K. As a Structural Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop structural design concepts.

Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.

Conduct structural analysis using software tools to ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements.

Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor.

Review and approve structural design plans created by junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in structural design for commercial or residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
