Job Overview

We are hiring a Technical Trainer for our company, Crypton. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our team of developers. This is a Full-Time position based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. The salary range for this role will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Fresher with good communication skilll are eligable.

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

Experience with software development and full-stack web development

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Passion for self-learning and staying updated with the latest technologies

Experience in training or teaching is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training programs to enhance the skills of our development team

Create and update training materials, including presentations, documents, and online resources

Assess the training needs of our developers and provide tailor-made training sessions

Develop and maintain hands-on exercises and coding challenges to reinforce learning

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training programs

Provide technical support and guidance to developers during their training period

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary

Collaborate with the HR team to identify and recruit potential technical trainees

Coordinate with other trainers and team leads to ensure consistent training delivery and knowledge sharing

Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
