Automation QA Engineer

We are partnered with a brand-name, luxury client who is looking to bring on a Automation QA Engineer to the team!

This role will require onsite work in Miami with the opportunity for minimal travel to the Caribbean. Only local candidates in South Florida will be considered.

Candidate must have experience implementing an automation framework from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Automate tests within complex projects to ensure product quality.

Work to implement automation tool for the company.

Analyze project requirements to gain a thorough understanding of the software application.

Meet with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.

Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the testing approach, scope, resources, schedule, and deliverables.

Create detailed and well-organized test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications.

Execute test cases and identify defects, or issues in the software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience working in QA for at least 4-5 years.

Extensive experience with Selenium Webdriver.io

Prior experience helping to implement an automation tool.

Experience with test/defect management tools.

Good understanding of Agile preferred.
