Event Setup Associate

Job Description

Salary:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with event setup. The successful candidates will play a critical role in creating a professional and attractive event space by setting up tables and chairs for events of various sizes and styles.

Responsibilities:

Set up tables and chairs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all arrangements meet the event specifications

Ensure that the setup is safe and secure, with a focus on avoiding hazards and minimizing the risk of injury

Follow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors to ensure that all setup requirements are met

Collaborate with other event setup staff to complete setup and breakdown tasks in a seamless and organized manner

Take care of event equipment, including tables, chairs, and any other necessary items, to ensure that they are well-maintained and ready for use at all times

Ensure that the event space is clean and presentable, free of debris and other items that may impact the event

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

A dress Code is required, and we will provide you with a company Polo Shirt. Must wear black pants and shoes with the company's polo shirt.

Schedule and Pay:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements:

Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairs

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be 18 years of age or older
