Gain hands-on experience in operations and event coordination-perfect for career growth RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FRONT DESK & EVENTS COORDINATOR:
The Front Desk & Events Coordinator will manage front office duties including phones, guest check-ins, and general inquiries
Assist with event planning, room setup, and logistical coordination for meetings and workshops
Ensure event spaces are prepared per specifications (AV setup, seating, etc.)
The Front Desk & Events Coordinator will provide professional, friendly support to tenants and visitors PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FRONT DESK & EVENTS COORDINATOR:
Must have at least 1 year of customer service or front desk experience
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/tools
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (e.g., office supplies, event materials)
