Position Overview:

As an Image Photo Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the imaging process for printed circuit boards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the images transferred onto the PCBs, which are essential components in a wide range of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate imaging equipment such as photoplotters, laser direct imaging systems, and exposure units to transfer electronic circuit patterns onto photosensitive materials.

Ensure that all imaging processes adhere to strict quality control standards and specifications.

Collaborate with design engineers and other team members to review and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to keep imaging equipment in optimal working condition.

Maintain accurate records of imaging processes, including exposure times, materials used, and any deviations from standard procedures.

Monitor inventory levels of photosensitive materials and order supplies as needed to support ongoing production.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in the image photo department.Requirements:

Qualifications:

Printed Circuit Board Experiences is a MUST

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electronics, imaging technology, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience operating imaging equipment in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the electronics industry.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with precise measurements and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with software programs used in imaging processes.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
