Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH, for a Bindery Operator.

The Bindery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutter, folder, and stitcher machines, turning printed materials into polished, professional final products.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up bindery machines, troubleshooting operational issues, and managing workloads to meet deadlines.

QualificationsExperience in Bindery, Inkjet, and Printing operationsProficiency in Printer Support and Print Production processesAbility to operate and maintain bindery and printing equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality productsCapability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTeam-player mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skillsPhysical ability to perform job tasks, such as standing for extended periods and lifting materialsPrevious experience in a commercial print or manufacturing environment is a plus Expected Work LocationOn-site at PXPOHIO, Columbus, OHFirst shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM -2:00 PM We’re looking for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys being hands-on, and takes pride in helping brands shine through every detail.
