Area Director - Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an Area Director - Restaurant Operations - Lunch/Catering/Sandwich -No Late Nights to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

This is an established, national brand that has operations in the local area

Local market, local travel, no overnight travel.

Span of 5 locations

Busy lunch and catering, in house-delivery

Bonus

We prefer fast-casual style Area Director experience from reputable brands, either corporate or franchise.

If you have Area Director level experience with concepts like McAlister's. Sweetgreen, Five Guys, Qdoba, or Jason's Deli then you will be aligned with the style of concept.

We will also consider multi-unit managers from full-service/bar operations especially if you are looking to exit the late-night/bar business.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities

Oversee guest services and resolve issues

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Train and manage kitchen personnel

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Attention to detail
