A leading company, located in Scotland, Glasgow is looking for a talented Account Manager to join the team.
Who are we looking for:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or relevant role.
Proven experience in B2B direct client sales
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong command of written and spoken English
Experience working in online gaming will be great advantage.
Location in Scotland is preferenced.
Candidates with any other location but with strong required background are also Welcome.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Helping account managers with reports.
Responsible for accounts payable functions within the Finance department, instrumental in insuring the timely and accurate perpetration of invoicing and payments and the accounts payable closing process.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
