As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Maintain records by providing written communication
Utilize computerized system to access relevant reports, communications, and pertinent data
Proficient in computer software
Create, organize and maintain an office filing system.
Requirement:
Interested qualified candidates must possess any of the following certificates (ND, NCE, HND, BSC) in any relevant field of study

Maintain confidentiality and integrity handling information and documents
Be of good character,neat in personal appearance,dependable and flexible
Proficient in computer software with an emphasis in word processing, data base, accounting skills and spreadsheets.
