Part Time Receptionist needs 1-2 years’ Receptionist or customer service experience
Part Time Receptionist requires:
Comfortable with calling consumers from database
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience (Word, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project execution skills with demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results on time.
Part Time Receptionist duties:
Execute and manage projects in support of Research & Development team goals in Connecticut.
Recruit and act as the receptionist, recruiter, and host for consumer research projects.
Welcomes consumers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Place products with consumers for home testing.
Directs consumers utilizing study instructions; giving instructions on test procedure.
Manages consumer check-in and check-out by following procedures; monitoring sign-ins.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as food setup/clean up, filing, photocopying, and collating
Call consumers from list provided to rescreen and schedule for studies
Maintain schedule and completing the study quotas
