Westerwood is currently searching for a part-time receptionist to join our incredible team! This position is scheduled some weekdays and every weekend, hours may vary between 8am-8pm.
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills, good knowledge of computers, and general office or receptionist experience is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Answers and forwards incoming calls
Assures that employee-related calls are handled in the appropriate manner.
Communicates to the appropriate parties, promptly and clearly in a professional manner
Greets and allows entrance for visitors.
Receives all visitors in a courteous manner and informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists them.
Monitors all emergency and non-emergency activities on the Fire Panel and communicates by radio or phone to the proper departments any need for response or repair.
Uses in-house radio to notify security/maintenance when situations warrant.
Monitors door alarm system. Notifies appropriate personnel and/or retrieves residents as necessary.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the administrative area, copy room and mailbox area.
