Receptionist
Pay Rate: $17.50 Per Hour
Location: Columbus, OH
Assignment Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8-5 hours
Resource's typical working day: This candidate needs to be assisting other roles such as the office coordinator. The office coordinator is responsible for doing kitchen checks, sorting mail, etc..
This is not a super-fast pace receptionist role which is why assisting others will be needed. The receptionist duty's include:
Administrative work
Answering phones
Business Casual Dress
Qualifications:
Years of Experience needed: 2 years of receptionist experience is required
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Is required
HS Diploma or GED required. Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires basic analytical skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs. Top 5 Must Have Skills:
Customer Service (front facing) experience, professional communication skills, strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft), dependable, and organized. Top 3 Nice to have Skills:
Greater than 2 years of experience would be great! Interview Process:
