• Oversee and supervise process leads and supervisors
• Work with the delivery center and the technology lead in ensuring recruitment, center readiness,
technology connectivity, etc.
• Manage client expectations
• Work and communicate with people across organizational units
• Define goals & performance parameters for team & guide them in achieving the same
• Track and monitor transition progress within a geography across processes
• CPA or Finance graduates
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in handling OTC business for horizon of AR
activities like Cash applications, Collections, Order Management, Journal Entries and Accounting.
• Operations management experience required for handling multi geography or global processes.
• At least 8-years of combined relevant experience
• Must have experience in leading/managing 50-100 FTEs in a BPO/Shared Services setting.
• Proven ability in effective people management and client management.
