We are looking for a Training Coordinator who has 2+ years of experience.
Training Coordinator requires:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with an emphasis on event, communication or human services/social services.
Demonstrate experience in customer service administration or project management.
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility in work hours and overtime, including weekends, will be required.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities.
A high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
Hands-on experience with salesforce personnel is a plus.
Must be willing to travel to Pleasanton, CA, Austin, TX as needed.

Training Coordinator duties:
Support the coordination and logistical support for training programs at the Reston, VA location.
Serve as a contact for attendees at training programs.
Track and maintain program communication through Salesforce.
Support planning sessions and processes, including material gathering and consolidation, and coordination among customers, prospective clients, vendors and the sales team.
Work with external vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Provide overall administrative support and coordination to ensure the seamless operation of the training department.
