This is a direct-client opening for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Engineer located in Portland, OR. This is a Full-Time Position


Provide world-class service and support to our internal customers, ensuring their needs are captured, reviewed and implemented relative to the Dynamics CRM solution, acting as their liaison to the IT&S team.

Provide overall technical expertise and perform full lifecycle application updates in on-premises Dynamics CRM, including configuration, coding, unit testing, integrations walk-through, debugging and deployments utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2017.

Identify, recommend and implement CRM system changes, whether configuration or customization, to improve/support the business process as well as optimize user experience.

Demonstrate strong requirements gathering skills by working directly with our internal customers to perform gap-analyses and document functional and technical specifications for CRM enhancements as well as integrations with other business applications.

Drive the effective transition of requirements to successful solution delivery by ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and providing accurate work estimates that improve sequencing and prioritization of work.

Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability and conformance to established standards through conducting unit testing and participating in system and user acceptance testing.


Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience. Additional years of experience required for Level 3.

Extensive experience developing in on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM including writing Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-ins, integrations/web services, code extensions, custom workflows, and advanced level configuration skills.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 data structures and models.

Experience with Javascript, C#, HTML, CSS and SQL Server including scripting and form creation.

Experience with CRM Web API, REST/OData and SOAP endpoints.

Experience with upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM with enterprise-wide implementations that contain customization work.

Desired experience with MS Dynamics third party plugins/integrations including Experlogix, InsideView, Unified Service Desk, Kingsway Soft, DocumentsCorePack, and ClickDimensions.

Experience with integrations to SaaS-based applications and/or e-Commerce applications is a plus.
