Summary

Overview

The CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, and app channels, with a strong emphasis on offer execution, campaign segmentation, and operational reliability. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless delivery by contributing to the technical setup, validation, and on-call support for campaign activations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support campaign implementation across direct mail, SMS, app, and email channels using marketing execution platforms and offer tools

Assist with segmentation logic, campaign setup, and QA to ensure accurate targeting and channel alignment

Own documentation and version control for offer data, rules, and redemptions, ensuring accuracy across cross-functional teams

Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot urgent campaign or offer issues, partnering with technical and operational teams to resolve problems quickly and accurately

Investigate, escalate, and resolve campaign delivery issues with a data-driven, root cause-focused mindset

Track store test campaigns and maintain comprehensive documentation of test group logic and performance

Validate campaign populations through weekly count checks and monitor segmentation logic for accuracy and consistency

Perform pre-flight validation of offer setup and test redemption workflows in QA and production environments

Contribute to retrospective campaign analyses, focusing on executional success, audience logic, and operational learnings

Identify opportunities to optimize tools, documentation, and process to improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of campaign operations

Provide QA support for peers and serve as a technical checkpoint in the execution process

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing operations, data analytics, or CRM environment

Familiarity with omni-channel retail marketing and campaign execution preferred

Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive, operational mindset

Experience with SQL for audience segmentation or data validation; Snowflake experience is a plus

Experience in data warehouse environments such as Snowflake preferred

Exposure to campaign management platforms such as Unica, Hightouch, Tealium Custer Data Platform

Ability to prioritize in real-time and support escalations during on-call coverage

Comfortable translating technical findings into business-friendly language

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint; knowledge of workflow or ticketing systems is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
