Are you a hands-on Quality Assurance leader who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment? We're seeking a proactive QA Manager to lead food safety and quality programs for a growing dairy manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a science-minded professional who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, your focus will be to:

Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance and laboratory teams.

• Oversee food safety, quality systems, laboratory testing, and regulatory compliance.

• Evaluate and improve QA programs, policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Manage microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and product quality standards.

• Lead food safety audits and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements.

• Partner closely with Operations and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a strong food safety culture.

Minimum requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:

• Quality Assurance management experience in food manufacturing; dairy experience strongly preferred.

• Strong science background, ideally in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology.

• Experience with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety audits.

• Knowledge of laboratory testing, microbiological analysis, and environmental controls.

• Experience developing, reviewing, and improving quality systems and procedures.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative, servant-leadership approach with the ability to hold teams accountable.

• Self-motivated professional who takes initiative and works effectively across departments.

• Flexibility to support off-shift operations when needed.

Ready to lead a great team? If you're passionate about food safety, continuous improvement, and building strong partnerships, we'd love to hear from you!
