Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our adult retail store team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with discussing adult products in a professional and respectful manner and provide excellent customer service in a non-judgmental environment.

Responsibilities:

*Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, respectful assistance

*Answer questions about products, features, and proper use.

*Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sale floor.

*Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

*Stock merchandise and maintain inventory.

*Receive and organize shipments.

*Follow store policies, safety procedures, and age-verification requirements.

*Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.

*Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

*Must be 21 years of age or older

*Excellent customer service and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Retail or cash-handling experience is preferred

*Must be respectful and non-judgmental toward all customers.
