Remote - Customer Service Sales Associate (No Experience )

We’re growing our virtual team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed decisions.

In this role, you’ll meet with prospective clients through scheduled phone and video appointments. You’ll learn about their individual needs, introduce available benefit solutions, explain their options, and guide them through the application and enrollment process.

We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued support, so previous industry experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing

Connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments

Build rapport and develop professional client relationships

Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities

Present available benefit options and explain how they work

Help clients compare solutions and determine what best fits their situation

Answer questions and address concerns throughout the process

Guide clients through applications and enrollment

Follow up with prospective clients after appointments

Maintain relationships with existing clients

Assist with benefit reviews, updates, and additional service needs

Keep client information and digital records organized and accurate

Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

Work toward individual and team performance goals
