Project Manager

Camden Door Controls is seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Track project progress and adjust plans as needed

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement solutions proactively

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives

Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to leadership

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in service-based, nonprofit, healthcare, or food & beverage environments

PMP or other project management certification (a plus)

Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
