Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing – Third Shift

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order. You will need to have maintenance experience in a food manufacturing facility.

Other responsibilities for you as the Maintenance Supervisor will include:

• Scheduling & Managing 3rd shift Team

• Preventative Maintenance as well as Capital Projects

• Wastewater Treatment

• Promoting continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor’s position:

• At least 2 years of hand-on troubleshooting & repair experience in Maintenance in a food/beverage manufacturing facility

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing facility (can be the same 2 years)

• Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
