Billable Hours - 1,900

Salary range - $230,000 to $250,000

Compensation increases for attorneys are merit-based according to a combination of key factors, including:

Quality of work

Billable hours

Pro bono activities

Recruitment activities

Firm committee participation

Business development efforts

Bonus is formulaic and is made transparent to the Associate. Its hours based

Fee origination bonus. Generate and collect $10k in originations – does not matter where it comes from – you receive 10% of that $10k in originations.

There are 7 attorneys that make up the Litigation group in San Francisco.

And they're looking to add another associate!

What they're looking for:

4 to 6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, and will be a collaborative and productive member of a dynamic team handling a broad range of disputes, including commercial, business, real estate, corporate governance, and bankruptcy matters consistent with our San Francisco Litigation Department.

The candidate is expected to spend the majority of time in-office.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills required.

Experience with commercial litigation, including motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and e-discovery.

Experience with business disputes, commercial landlord tenant, corporate governance, and bankruptcy is beneficial but not required.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Experience in a large law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique is preferred.

Qualifications - Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
