A respected, locally operated full service restaurant group with locations across Virginia and the Carolinas is opening a brand new restaurant in the Chesapeake / Virginia Beach market. We are searching for a hands on Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of full service management experience to help lead this exciting new opening.

This is a no bar, non late night concept focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and a strong quality of life culture for its managers and teams.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily front of house operations and lead a service team with energy and professionalism

Work shoulder to shoulder with your staff throughout the shift — coaching, supporting, and elevating the guest experience

Maintain operational excellence, service standards, and team accountability

Partner closely with the Managing Partner and contribute to a positive, people first culture

Support hiring, training, scheduling, and shift execution

Help build a strong team and a successful new location from day one
