Main Duties and Responsibilities:

People Management:

•Leading and developing a team of Analysts; responsible for the overall direction, coordination

and evaluation of the team.

•Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.

•Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client’s policies and procedures;

additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning,

assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict


•Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff;

following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and

documenting the issue and actions taken.

Project Management:

•Manage Monthly Invoicing, Cash Applications, Collections, Dispute Resolution and Reporting

•Design and Drive Process Metrics

•Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts

•Collecting and analyzing quantitative data

•Perform Audit of processes.

•Support data analysis, process reengineering and development

•Communicating results to business leaders within Finance, Accounting, Operations and

Business Development

•Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes

Perform other projects and duties as required

Job Requirement:

Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.

Prior experience of at least 5 years in similar BPO outfit or in a Supervisory position is a must

Experienced in Oracle Financials end users level

Experienced in Project Management

Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.

Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and

understanding the big picture.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal
