Requirements:

• Female, graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's program

• Good oral & written English communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Capable of multi-tasking

• Efficient, organized, systematic, resourceful, attentive to detail

• Flexible; high stress tolerance; a positive disposition

• Prudent in handling confidential information

• Emotionally mature with high sense of responsibility and commitment

• Strong service orientation

• Highly adept at computer applications- word, powerpoint, excel

• At least 2 years experience as secretary (in a school setting would be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Keeps appointments & schedules of the Admissions Head

• Assists in preparing correspondences, presentations, & reports

• Makes arrangements for & attends meetings

• Coordinates with various internal units & external parties in matters affecting the Admissions Office

• Assists in organizing & implementing school activities/events, including promotional campaigns

• Maintains the files and documents of the office

• Monitors & responds to incoming communications (letters, memos, advisories, invitations, etc.)

• Answers & manages incoming telephone calls

• Receives & interacts with visitors
