Tele Caller / Marketing Communication Executive

ABOUT TDI

TDI is the pioneer of organized airport advertising in India and has the largest network of outdoor advertising inventory in the country. TDI has exclusive advertising rights across 9 airports and 100 Delhi Metro stations in India. TDI also has a boutique internet and mobile advertising division, MAD, which is the Channel Partner of Alibaba.com - world's no.1 B2B e-commerce company.

TDI is currently in process of strengthening our ' Telecalling' team for Delhi location. we are looking for professionals who can fix-up appointments for our sales team; this will be achieved using the extraordinary telephonic communication skills.

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

To be an effective member of the Business Development team and interface with new and existing customers telephonically so as to facilitate sales team in getting appointment and follow up.

Job Description-

1. To make minimum 120 calls on daily basis from the database.

2. Fixing up appointment for TDI Team - minimum 15 per day

3. Forwarding the appointments to the Sales coordinator for verification purpose.

4. Clients follow up for the meetings fixed with them.

5. Handling Customer’s grievances.

Desired Candidates Profile-

1. Very fluent communication skills in English & Hindi language. Additional knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage.

2. Should have experience of working in voice.

3. Polite and good telephone etiquettes.

4. Computer and Microsoft office-knowledge.

5. Strong communication skills

6. Excellent follow up skills

7. Past experience in lead generation preferred.
