Wilson Employment Networks is excited to introduce a new organization opening in the Concord, NH area. Our client is presenting enticing opportunities to become a part of their newly renovated 8000 sq ft call center. Become a part of their new team of professionals!

The Storefront Manager reports to the Operations Manager and manages daily WIC operations as well as several Back office operations through the utilization and scheduling of resources and other data available. Major responsibilities include: overseeing the daily operations of the WICs, case management, payment processing, mailroom, and fulfillment office functions. Also performs work-force management and analytic activities to effectively manage WIC staffing to ensure adequate coverage, performance, and contract KPI compliance.


Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university; supplemented by five to seven years in a supervisory/management capacity, preferably in the field of customer service in the tolling industry or in financial services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a supplemental to direct position starting in December. A criminal background and pre-employment drug screening will be conducted, rate of pay is $25 an hour.
