General Manager – Food Manufacturing

Salary $200,000 - $250,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to the Midwest

Are you a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit? Our client is looking for a leader with strong cross-functional leadership experience who will be accountable for running the business.

In this General Manager Leadership position, you’ll have full P&L responsibilities as well as pricing strategies, Lean / CI, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business! This position is a single incumbent role responsible for a single business or multiple, smaller business lines.

This nationwide company has delivered quality and commitment to the food industry and is well known nationwide. This plant is seeking a dedicated General Manager who can champion and execute a plan and progress forward towards improving culture and employment engagement.

Minimum requirements for this General Manager’s position:

• At least 12 years of food / beverage manufacturing Management experience

• Must have Union Experience

• Experience with Aseptic Processing Preferred

• Bachelors’ degree preferred.
