Hiring: Electrical Engineer III

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $65/hr

Schedule: Full-time On-Site

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide field electrical construction support for a large industrial energy infrastructure project. This role focuses on electrical installation oversight, field issue resolution, NEC compliance, contractor coordination, and commissioning readiness within an active construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support electrical construction activities and field execution

Review electrical installations for compliance with drawings and standards

Manage RFIs, field issues, and technical clarifications

Support power generation, switchgear, MCC, and electrical integration activities

Maintain redlines, punch lists, and turnover documentation

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required

5+ years of electrical engineering or construction support experience

Experience supporting industrial or energy facility projects

Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and field application

Experience with RFIs, redlines, punch lists, and turnover documentation Compressor station or large industrial infrastructure experience preferred.
