Overview

Operate and maintain a three-building commercial office campus. This role owns day-to-day building systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, while responding to tenant needs and keeping the campus running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems across a three-building office campus

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment

Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment

Respond to tenant and facility service requests in a timely manner

Conduct routine building inspections and log readings, conditions, and issues

Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors and contractors on repairs and projects

Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment history

Support building safety, fire/life safety systems, and code compliance

Assist with tenant improvements and general building upkeep

Requirements

3+ years experience maintaining commercial buildings

Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

HVAC or CFC universal certification a plus

Ability to read and interpret building schematics and equipment manuals

Ability to respond to after-hours or emergency calls as needed
