What We Offer:

Salary: $68,000 – $75,000

5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Lead, train, and develop team members

Drive sales and maintain high operational standards

Assist in achieving financial and performance goals

Uphold company policies and brand standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

Full-service or fast-casual backgrounds preferred

Experience managing restaurants with $2M+ annual sales volume

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for hospitality and team development
