Job Summary:

Provide secretary administrative, and operational support to the overall organization in CYD.

Responsibilities:

• Secretary to CEO, including CEO’s schedule management, meeting setup, clients visiting with CEO etc.

• Prepare contract based on the contract template, prepare other documents as required

• Manage and file office documents

• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in English, marketing or literature is preferred

• One year or above related working experiences in secretary, but fresh graduate is also welcome;

• Solid computer skills ( Excel, Power point, Word)

• Excellent English communication skills in both oral and written;

• Be able to work under pressure and independently;

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

• Speaking Chinese is a strong plus

Be willing to work in Makati
