Workflow Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a Workflow Solutions Consultant and workflow automation platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy and similar tools. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize business workflows, handle routing logic, system configurations, and integrations. Knowledge of AI-driven workflow creation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Design and implement workflow solutions using automation related platforms.

Configure routing logic, approvals, and custom workflows to meet business needs.

Integrate workflows with other systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.).

Provide guidance and training to clients or internal teams for smooth workflow adoption.

Monitor and optimize workflows for efficiency and performance.

Stay updated on workflow automation trends, including AI-based solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience, including workflow design, routing logic, and configurations.

Hands-on knowledge of other workflow platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or similar.

Experience with system integrations and API connections.

Understanding of AI workflow creation is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process consulting, or related areas.
