Quality Manager
A Global Manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team.
Position Summary:
Understand and oversee the activities of the New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality groups including business plan objectives and associate activities while providing leadership and clear direction to fellow associates
Responsibilities:
• Manage NM Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality groups
• Supplier Development
• Supplier Corrective and Preventative Action
• Parallel analysis and feed forward to other supplier and internal processes
• Efficiently manage group and support budget and related activities
• Responsible for associate development and training for designated groups
• Manage and monitor supplier quality activities and in-house customer satisfaction
• Manage and monitor internal IPPAAR/IPP activities
• Manage and monitor quality activities for New Model
• Manage and monitor supplier quality issues
• Lead 5-S
• Oversee Quality Dept MP change point and NM
• Business Planning & Budget for Supplier Group
