We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at an iconic, destination restaurant in Washington, DC. What We Offer:

Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience and skillset)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Tenured General Manager leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations.

Proven success managing operations with $4M+ annual F&B sales.

Leadership:

Ability to oversee a full team of subordinate managers, events specialists, and chefs.

Strong track record of building sales, driving profitability, and exceeding guest and employee expectations.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.

As the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring financial success, operational excellence, and a world-class guest experience.
