Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer - $50-54K – Manufacturing, Machining & Assembly Operations – Responsible for: Planning, designing and implementing assembly processes; Maximizing efficiency by analyzing areas such as: assembly line layouts and workflow; assembly methods change-over fixturing, gages; or work in process storage and tool storage; Developing Advanced product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements, including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Charts and Process Design Sheets; Supporting Program Management generated project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules; Using the company Problem Solving Process conducts root cause analysis and determines permanent countermeasures for internal and external customer complaints. US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT REQUIRED ( Some Military Applications/DoD Products are Manufactured At This Facility).

BS Mechanical Engineering – Entry level to 2+ years of related manufacturing experience; Experience in a Just In Time (JIT) automotive manufacturing environment preferred; Data analysis and problem solving; Organization and planning; Standard business software, MS Office; Excellent interpersonal relations, communication and presentation skills. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO RURAL AREA. US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT REQUIRED ( Some Military Applications/DoD Products are Manufactured At This Facility).
