We are looking for a qualified and motivated Philippines Market Operations Supervisor / Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
I. Overall Operational Strategy and Growth Planning
*Develop operational strategies, annual growth plans, and core metrics.
*Responsible for building the user growth system, including strategies for user conversion, activation, retention, reactivation, and LTV improvement.
*Gain a deep understanding of product mechanisms, reward pool structure, and user behavior data; continuously optimize the operational funnel and user experience.
II. Content Operations & Self-Media Matrix Management
*Plan and manage the company's self-media matrix on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
*Build content frameworks, content themes, short video scripts, and trending topic capture mechanisms to enhance brand exposure and user conversion.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to build a KOL/KOC cooperation system, responsible for influencer selection, placement strategies, performance evaluation, and ROI optimization.
III. Community Operations (User Ecosystem Building)
*Responsible for building, maintaining activity levels, and managing user segmentation on Discord/Telegram/Facebook Groups and self-operated communities.
*Establish a community activity system (challenges, incentive tasks, user-generated content (UGC) activities, etc.) to improve user engagement and retention.
*Build a user feedback mechanism to drive product improvement; manage community risks, handle public opinion, and maintain user relationships.
IV. Data-Driven Operations
*Drive growth through data analytics, including key metrics such as DAU/WAU/MAU, activation rate, retention rate, paid conversion rate, revenue, and GGR.
*Build an observable operations system using data tools (A/B testing, conversion analysis, content effectiveness quantification).
*Collaborate with product/R&D teams to drive product optimization and launch new features based on data.
V. Team Management (Team Leadership)
*Build and manage the content team, self-media team, and community operations team from scratch (estimated initial team size of 10-20 people, expanding to 50 people in the later stages).
*Responsible for team recruitment, training, KPI target setting, and team performance management.
*Output methodologies, operational SOPs, and standardized content processes to continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
VI. Cross-departmental Collaboration
*Collaborate with product, marketing, public relations, legal, customer service, and data teams to facilitate the implementation of cross-departmental projects.
*Support the government relations/PCSO compliance team to ensure that operational activities are legal, compliant, and auditable.
*Participate in the development of strategies for large-scale projects: new product launches, brand activities, holiday marketing, user research, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Internet Operations, or Data Analysis.
2. 5-8 years of experience in Internet content operations/user operations/community operations, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. Familiar with user habits, social media ecosystem, and content consumption characteristics in the Southeast Asian market (especially the Philippines).
Skills Required:
1. Proficient in content growth, social media strategies, user growth funnels, and conversion models.
2. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in commonly used analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Looker, Data Studio, etc.).
3. Skilled in scriptwriting, trending topic management, and live stream content planning; able to lead a team to consistently produce high-quality content.
4. Excellent communication and cross-team resource coordination skills; able to drive the implementation of complex projects.
5. Sensitive to compliant operations; understands the underlying logic of regulated industries.
6. Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin language.
