Dugan & Meyers is continuing to grow in the Columbus market, and we are seeking an experienced Project Executive – Concrete Structures to help lead some of the region’s most complex and high-profile construction projects.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a construction professional with deep expertise in self-perform structural concrete, large-scale project delivery, and team leadership. We are looking for builders and leaders who want a voice in decision-making and the ability to help shape the future growth of our operations

What You’ll Do

As a Project Executive, you will provide leadership across multiple projects and teams while driving operational excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

Lead execution of complex structural concrete and self-perform projects

Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams across multiple jobs

Drive project planning, strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and execution

Partner with field leadership to ensure exceptional safety performance

Manage client relationships and support business development efforts

Oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, and change management

Support estimating, preconstruction, and contract negotiations

Mentor and develop high-performing operations teams

Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You Bring

10+ years of progressive construction experience

Strong leadership background in self-perform structural concrete construction

Experience managing large, complex projects and multiple teams

Expertise in:

Concrete means and methods

Project financials and forecasting

Scheduling and risk management

Client and stakeholder management

Proven ability to mentor and develop teams

Strong communication and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

Equivalent field leadership experience will also be considered
