The Role: Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence

Qualifications & Expertise

We are seeking a leader with a proven track record in high-volume, upscale dining.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume ($10M+) upscale or fine dining environment.

Local Knowledge: Experience working in the Washington, DC, or surrounding markets is highly preferred.

Leadership Style: A polished, articulate communicator who can lead by example and inspire a diverse team.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
