Customer Service Specialist
This position works in a fast paced deadline driven environment. I am responsible for performing a variety of enrollment issues and am proficient in all basic functions in the unit. This position include, but not limited to the following: serving customer vefity data and maintaining enrollment and billing database and making related changes resolving enrollment system rejections, and preparing bills. Responds to customer inquires regarding enrollment status, member updates, billing issues, provides education on enrollment and billing processes and procedures.
