Update or Delete my resume

I do not have a resume. I spent ** years in the Marine corps and I don't have use of my legs. I retired from the Marine corps as an E9 Sergeant major. This is not a resume I don't have a resume. It says that I have to send 250 characters minimum, so I don't know if you will receive this or not.
